How current is the availability on daabog?
Availability is refreshed from developer sources: five developers' inventories sync automatically every 30 minutes (Samana, Object 1, Ellington, MGS, Modon), and the others update when the developer issues a new availability list, applied the day it arrives. A sold unit drops off the project page and out of the availability count, so a broker never pitches a unit the developer has reported sold.
Is daabog free?
Free to register and view. White-label websites and CRM plans are paid. Live and in beta with real brokers, agencies and developers. Self-serve paid plans and online checkout are not yet open; paid tiers show "coming soon".
Do I need a RERA licence to sign up?
Open signup; RERA licence not required; email verification at signup; phone verification unlocks messaging and sharing.
What is a white-label agent site?
A broker's or agency's own public website on their own domain, run by daabog. Shows the entire daabog off-plan catalogue plus the agent's own listings on one map; the client sees the agent's brand, not daabog's. Enquiries from the site become leads in the agent's own CRM tenant.
Does daabog have a CRM?
daabog CRM at daabog.net — tiers Preview · Lite · CRM Full. Enquiry intake from daabog.app and agent websites, duplicate detection, response-time tracking, routing, a shared lead pool with claiming, listings published from the CRM to daabog.app. Preview (free on registration): manual lead entry, up to three leads; can connect the org to daabog.app. A free trial of Lite or CRM Full can be claimed from the CRM's upgrade page while checkout is not yet open.
Is there an app?
daabog for iOS and Android: Map · List · Feed · Messages · Profile, posting with photos, CRM access. In beta with invited users; not yet published in the App Store or Google Play.
How do developers list on daabog?
Developer registration with approval. Publish projects, units, availability, media, payment plans to the whole broker network. Integration: developers can connect their inventory system by feed or API; daabog provides an integration requirements specification on request.
