Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation

You can cancel any subscription at any time from Manage billing on daabog.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then. We do not charge again after that.

Refunds

Subscription payments are not refunded for unused time within a paid period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment on a yearly plan, we refund that payment in full on request to admin@daabog.com. If a payment is refunded, or if you dispute a charge with your card issuer, the paid access ends immediately; if a dispute is resolved in our favour, access is restored.
